For sharers
Ensure that you carry a valid Identity Card provided by Government of India when our people reach your address for collection of item.
While posting the item which you want to share, make sure that the item is in very good, usable condition. Our representatives will do a quality check at the time of collecting the item from you address and will take it only if it meets the standards of the quality check. They reserve the right to return/reject your item.
We keep track of the condition of item at the time of picking it up from sharers address and before giving it back to the sharer. For your satisfaction, click some photographs of the product before giving it to our representatives so that you can match it with the condition in which it has been returned to you.
In case you find any damage, tampering with your item after it has been returned to you. Get in touch with us and we'll take care of the rest.
Remember that it takes some time to process the delivery and pickups. Your item will be returned to you within 40 days of pickup from your address.
For borrowers
Ensure that you carry a valid Identity Card provided by Government of India when our representatives reach your address to deliver you the item.
Treat the items which you borrow with care. They belong to someone else and it has to be returned back to their owners.
Ensure that you clean the item before returning incase it has become dirty. This will go a long way in maintaining trust and building our community.
Make sure that you don't cross the period of borrowing, otherwise penalties will be put on as applicable. Read more about it in our policies.
Our representatives will get in touch with you 1 week before the period of borrowing ends. Make sure you respond to their calls and act accordingly. It will help us create a seamless user experience and unhindered flow of goods between the sharer and borrower.
Remember, you can be a sharer of some items available on our platform. Ensure that you return the items when our representatives reach your address for pickup.
